Has exhibits of artifacts, memorabilia and archival photographs. 2. Hutton Settlement - Founded in 1919 and listed on the Register of National Historic Places. A family oriented, residential facility for mentally and physically healthy children, ages 5-18. 3. Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center - A full service hotel with over 13,000 square feet of meeting space and on-site catering personnel. 4. Splash-Down Family Water Slide Park - Opens May 24 through Labor Day weekend. Has season passes, birthday packages, group rates and special school rates.
