8. Illinois State Water Survey - Services to the public, but its primary goal is to disseminate a wide variety of water and water-use information in an array of useable formats.
9. Illinois Water Resources Center (IWRC) - Serves users of the Illinois River Watershed by providing referrals to specialists in river-related issues, and serving as a clearinghouse for information resources.
